I am Rachael Elizabeth Harris – or Reh for short.
Since 2020 I’ve been living in Roanoke, Virginia. I have also had the opportunity to call many locations home. I’ve lived in several states on the East Coast from Florida, West Virginia, Pennsylvania to New York, as well as some places further west like Missouri and Utah. I have even had the opportunity to spend three years in Shenzhen, CHINA!! Yes - it was amazing!
I have four incredible children ages 15, 13, 11, and 9, who are some of the most adventurous and interesting people I know. Being their mother is a privilege and a challenge. I stayed at home with them for 14 years. Now, I hope to show them that it’s never too late to invest in yourself and pursue your passions. Always learn and grow, and step into change!
I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, with an emphasis in research, writing, analysis, and philosophy. I have my life and spiritual coaching certifications (CLC and CSC) from Life Purpose Institute. I also am a Certified Havening Practitioner. My focus is healing after Mormonism, but I work with anyone wanting guidance on their healing journey, not matter their background. When helping my clients on their journey, I pull from my many recourses to create a personal experience every time.
I am so excited for this opportunity. I love getting to know people and to listen to their amazing stories. I l look forward to meeting everyone.
Being a Mom and Being YOU: Navigating Authenticity as a Mother

All moms wear so many hats. For me, I'm a mom, an entrepreneur, a partner, a doctoral student, a writer, a friend...and more. We also go through a lot. I'm on my third career. I've been married, given birth twice, been divorced, been single, been through two terrible health scares, been a family caregiver, been through the terrible twos and threes and now the tweens, and I've fallen in love all over again, which involved making transparent all my identities. While our lives take us on many twists and turns, one thing remains constant for us, we are moms. All our actions carry the undercurrent of how our next steps will impact our children. Our dreams, hopes, and fears aren't processed without us thinking about how we'll face each with our children by our side.
I would like to share with you how all the twists, turns, ups, and downs of my life were faced, with me being, first and foremost, a mom.
